Discover Your Xtreme Teen Power Source!!

I want to share with you some great information regarding your true teen power source.

During my teaching days in the classroom, I would ask my students... how long can we survive without food? They would usually tell me something like 20 or 30 days. Then I would ask them... how long can we survive without water? They would say a few days. Then I would ask them... how long can we survive without oxygen? They would tell me... maybe a few minutes... and then you're going to suffocate and die. I would then explain to them how oxygen is the most important element not only for their survival but also their success in life. This is when we would discuss their xtreme teen power source... deep breathing!!

You see... we are shallow breathers by nature... so we don't usually breathe deeply. We don't inhale oxygen deep in to our lungs so we can truly benefit from its power. And when I say power...I mean xtreme teen power!

Did you know if you breathe deeply on a regular basis... this alone can shed excess fat off your body...the goo will begin to burn... it can calm and relax your body so you can focus on whatever task you may be tackling.

It can help with digestion, lower blood pressure, and many other miraculous benefits. Research has shown the more oxygen we can get to our brains, the more alert and focused we can be throughout our days.

So... with all that being said... how can you breath deeper so you too can tap in to your teen power source.

Well... first you must begin to move your body! Cardiovascular exercise, where you are breathing deeply, will help oxygenate your blood and release this power. Now, not only do I recommend you begin moving your body, I also suggest you implement some simple yet unbelieably effective breathing exercises.

Okay.. I want you to write down this ratio... 1-3-2. First you are going to take a deep breath through your nose for let's say a 5 count. Remember... this should be a deep breath. Next, you are going to hold this breath for a 15 count. This will give your body time to oxygenate your blood and pick up all the free radicals in your body. Next... your going to exhale through your mouth for a 10 count. This will eliminate all the crude that is in you system.

Remember... the ratio is 1-3-2. And you can plug in any number that you wish. I would suggest you go through this breathing exercise 3 times a day and try to do 10 breaths total each time.

I guarantee you... after a few days of consistently breathing deeply... you will feel like a million bucks!

Respectfully,

Matthew R. Flinton, M.Ed.
