Tips for Easy Weight Loss for TEENS!

I am glad I have the opportunity to share some easy and better than that.. effective tips for burning off the excess weight you may be carrying around with you.

First... You must assess what you have been eating on a regular basis. If you are eating burgers and fries for lunch and consuming hot cheetos and 20oz. Cokes all day... you need a change!

If you want to see true change and results with your physical health you must begin with changing your diet. Tomorrow morning start by eating a healthy breakfast... eggs, oatmeal, fruit, green tea, orange juice... these are just a few of the healthy foods you can choose.

Next... continue to eat healthy throughout the day. Drink plenty of water and please... stay away from the carbonated drinks! These drinks are empty calories and will most definitely sabotage any fitness gains you may be wanting.

Next tip... move your body!! Find an exercise you will do on a consistent basis and do it! Walking, playing basketball, weight training, running, jumping rope... I don't care what it is... just find something you will actually do!

Make a goal to change a few areas of your diet and add a few exercises in your daily routine and I guarantee you will begin to see the physical transformation you desire.

Please read through the other articles and information on this site and discover more strategies and techniques that will most definitely assist you in your quest for success in all areas of your life.

Remember to enjoy the journey... God Blesses You!

Respectfully,

Matthew R. Flinton, M.Ed.
