Elvis Has Left The Building… What Did He Leave Behind?

Elvis has been gone for some time though most people don’t realize what he left behind.

What did he leave behind… you might ask.

Well… he left behind a blueprint for abundant health and fitness.

Actually… the blueprint comes from what Elvis didn’t do in his own life. We all know he lived a life of excess and extreme!

A life of too much food…drink…and drugs!

He loved his fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches!

Do you actually know what he left behind?

He left behind a bloated, out of shape, drug dependant body that was completely broken down.

When Elvis passed they say he had 35 pounds of “crud” caked on the inside of his intestine. This was the result of eating fried foods, consuming white flour products all the time and not doing what is necessary to cleanse the colon!

Now the blueprint for abundant health and fitness starts with adjusting our diet so we don’t have excessive crud building up in our intestines.

They say the average male carries anywhere from 10 to 30 pounds of this “caked crud” in their intestine… DISGUSTING!

Here’s what I recommend… start with a 3 day fast!

Day 1… drink water...that’s it! Don’t cheat and eat something solid… just drink water.

Day 2… eat or drink fruits! That’s right… all day!

Day 3… eat or drink vegetables! Again… all day!

Now 3 days of fasting is not going to harm you.

Think of it this way… when you feel ill or sick…do you feel like eating a three course meal? Sure you don’t! Your body heals itself when you are not eating excessive amounts of food throughout the day.

Next you must begin to move your body. Begin today walking, jumping rope, riding your bike, doing some push-ups, doing some jumping jacks. Whatever it is… just get your heart rate up and begin cleansing your lymphatic system.

Toxins in your body must be removed through the lymphatic system and you must increase your heart rate and breathing to accomplish this.

So there you go.

Try the 3 day fast to begin the cleansing of the digestive system and start moving your body on a regular basis.
