I'm so glad you are reading this aticle.
The information I'm about to share with you will totally transform your workouts and help asist you in accomplishing all your fitness goals.
Actually...power sprints are more like using a blow torch to burn away the excess goo from your body!!
Well...let me tell you what I did this morning. I awoke fairly early... before my little kiddos woke up... and I went outside for a quick walk through the neighborhood.
I usually walk anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes each morning. Though today I decided to change it up a bit... instead of just walking... I threw in some sprinting!
Now ... you know walking is a great exercise in and of itself.
It gets your body moving and it affords you an opportunity to reflect on all the wonderful blessings you have in your life. And yes... you a truly blessed!!
But today was different... when I started I would walk for about 400 yards and then sprint for about 60 to 100 yards.
I'm telling you... my lungs were on fire... my heart was pounding... my legs felt strong as hell... and I was truly experienciing all the wonderful benefits from inhaling fresh air deep in to my lungs.
You don't need a track or some fancy treadmill.
Just go outside and begin to move your body.
The fresh air is great for you and these sprints will change up your workout just enough to where you will not become stagnate with your workouts.
I'm telling you what... when you do some honest work with these power sprints... you will not only begin to see your body transforming... you will begin to feel great! Just like I feel right now as I'm writing this for you!
You will realize you have more energy throughout your days and you will begin to feel empowered to tackle all your daily challenges.
So get moving and begin to implement these power sprints in your own workouts.
